![]() This issue focuses on the work of the Programme Migration & Diaspora (PMD) and its feature story of a Returning Expert working assiduously in combating the COVID-19 pandemic in Jos, Nigeria. Despite this positive development, home office is still very much in place and the virtual platform remains the mainstay of most activities in many organisations, ours inclusive. With the partial ease of the lockdown in Nigeria, life seems to be returning to normalcy, inter-state travel bans are lifted, the airspace is opened for domestic flights and businesses are gradually picking up. In the previous issue, we briefly reflected on the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has affected our world and work, especially here at the Sustainable Economic Development Cluster (SEDEC), GIZ Nigeria.
